I was trying to buy an F-150 from this dealership, but, in the end, I am still searching for a pickup. I called this dealer and spoke with a salesman about a pickup listed for sale online. He sent me pictures, told me about the pickup, and everything else I wanted to know. We agreed on a price and were making plans to meet so I could pickup the F-150. He told me he would have to see if someone would help him meet me, otherwise I'd have to drive the whole way (I live in western Kansas), but I never heard back. After a day, I called the dealership and he answered. (I should add, when I called back, it was a Saturday just before noon when the salesman was leaving, so I'm really not sure if he ever intended to call back) I asked about him finding someone, and he said he was waiting to hear back but there was something else. Even though I had made a deal with him the previous afternoon, another salesman, that wasn't working that day, sold the pickup that night at a bar, then delivered the pickup the following morning, the day I called back. Before calling, I still believed I had bought the pickup, making plans to meet, calling my bank and insurance, etc. When he told me this, he didn't sound concerned at all. He didn't offer to make things right or help me find another vehicle. He pretty much told me that, while the pickup was actually sold to me, someone else sold it to someone else and to have a good one. This happened on a Friday into Saturday, so Monday we called and talked to the store manager, as the sales manager was the salesman I had been dealing with. They also were no help, telling us that this happens sometimes, thats how it goes, and didn't offer to help either. When we commented on that seemed like a bad mentality for a dealership to do business, the manager hung up the phone. In the end, I would definitely NOT recommend them and will be taking my vehicle purchases elsewhere. While it seemed things were going to work out great at first, it was a nice pickup at a good price, the way I was treated as things fell apart make me wish I could rate them lower than one star.
